Nurture Bath Salts

Our Nurture, Bath Salts combine Epsom and Pink Himalayan salts with our aromatherapy blend, Begin No 1. An uplifting and mind cleansing blend of Geranium, Frankincense and Petitgrain 100% Essential Oils.

Hand blended and mixed by us to help your nourish and nurture your body and mind, add these salts to a bath in the morning or later on in the day to remind yourself that you are important, that you matter and are loved.

Easily absorbed into your skin, Himalayan Salt is a wonderful detoxifier and the magnesium in the Epsom Salts helps to relieve stress and relax your body. This detoxifying salt blend contains minerals and elements found in your body and helps promote the production of serotonin which also aids with reducing the effects of adrenaline.

HOW TO USE:

Sprinkle a handful of Bath Salts into warm water as you run your bath. Leave to dissolve, sink back and enjoy the benefits.
